The spicy-sweet scent of chrysanthemum opens our crown as it relaxes our chest and brightens our perception of the world. Bai zi ren’s sweet scent penetrates directly into our pineal gland to stimulate the opening of the third eye. It calms the mind as it does this so that we stay grounded in the process of opening into the spirit world. The sweet balsamic scent of black pine opens the chest, diaphragm and low back. It roots our breath deep into the body so we can oxygenate the blood and begin to shift our internal brain chemistry. Mu xiang’s deep aromatic scent gives us pause to look inward and question what’s there. It calls us into the deep world inside ourselves. The musky scent of shi chang pu enters the pineal gland and the third eye to awaken our perception of the world. This blend brings a great deal of light into the head, sensory orifices, and crown to help support our awakening.

Ingredients:
Essential oils of Ju Hua (chrysanthemum), Bai Zi Ren (biota seed), Black Spruce, Mu Xiang (saussurea root), and Shi Chang Pu (acorus root) in a base of cold-pressed sesame and biota seed oils.
Instructions:
Apply to the following acupuncture points 2x/daily – three days per week. Conception Vessel 8, Governing Vessel 4, Governing Vessel 14, Governing Vessel 20, Governing Vessel 24, Conception Vessel 17, Lung 2, Lung 9. Ju HuaThe beautiful spicy-sweet scent of chrysanthemum relaxes our body and mind. At first, it soothes our nerves and then begins to awaken us. Its cooling nature is refreshing and awakening. As it relaxes our body and mind it allows our crown to open and our energetic field to extend outward to create a sensation of light all around us.

Bai Zi RenThe sweet spicy scent of bai zi ren brings immediate attention to our third eye and pineal gland. It opens our chest so that we can connect deeply to our breath and calms our nerves and mind to help maintain our focus during meditation.

Major chemical components: a-cedrol, platydiol, 5 hydroxipinusolidic acid, oleolic acid, linelool

Black PineThe sweet spicy scent of black pine opens our chest so that we can breathe deeply and connect into the present moment. By deepening our breath and helping us to oxygenate our body and brain it is deeply restorative mentally and physically. It opens our chest and our crown to allow for deeper work during meditative practices and helps our body emit light and extend our auric field so we are less sensitive to the external environment.

Mu XiangMu xiang has a deeply sweet and aromatic scent that is slightly narcotic. It draws us inward to look for something that we can’t quite place our finger on. This could explain its use as an incense in religious traditions ranging from the Mid-East to India, Tibet, and China. It opens our chest, relaxes our diaphragm to support our deep meditative breathing, clears our head and eyes to heighten our awareness, and opens our crown.

Shi Chang PuThe scent of shi chang pu is both bright and spicy with a subtle muskiness that goes deeply into the third eye to create a sense of expansion and opening. It calms our mind while increasing our focus and concentration. Opening the crown and third eye it brings light into the pineal gland and facilitates our awakening process. This is a beautiful and powerful oil.
